The operation follows the acquisition of Metadonors carried out at the beginning of 2022 and represents a further step in Eudata’s strategic plan to establish itself as one of the main European solution providers in the scope of the Digital Customer Experience.
Ynpact is an AWS Advanced partner highly recognized in the French market for its expertise of migrations to AWS, transformation of contact centers, video streaming, and IOT Data ingest.
Ynpact was awarded in 2022 as “rising star partner of the year” by AWS France among hundred ‘s of partners and carries the AWS Migration Competency and the Amazon connect service delivery competency.
Ynpact is aimed at customers in every market segment, to whom it guarantees the quality of the result thanks to the great preparation of its team.
Eudata carries out this operation with the aim of expanding its offering in the French market.
Indeed, Ynpact will be able to position all the platforms and services offered by Eudata, which include both the omnichannel components, specially Convy.AI and those supporting Amazon Connect, the N2C desktop agent and supervisor and the Comet campaign manager.
