Today is an important day for Eudata: after having successfully closed the merger with Luxhora, it implements its business with an important industrial agreement.
We officially announce that Metadonors is now part of the Eudata Group, which owns the majority of the enterprise. Metadonors is one of the principal players in the non profit organization sector: it provides software, BPO services and fundraising which ensure the best “Donors Experience” on the market
Daniele Cirio will be confirmed as CEO of Metadonors, Sandro Parisi will be the president and Group CEO.
Daniele Cirio states that “With the entry of Eudata in our enterprise, we achieve an important result of the Metadonors project. Now, this project can rely on a solid industrial partner with a strong propensity for innovation and a huge experience in the world of customer experience. We are sure that we will be able to grow further and build a new paradigm of the “donor experience”. This paradigm will be the base for the sustainability of the not-for-profit sector and will have a higher impact on the projects in favor of social causes in Italy and across the world.
Sandro Parisi highlights that “The acquisition of Metadonors is extremely important for us: it is in line with every aspect of our philosophy because Metadonors operates in a sector that we take care of and close to the idea of Benefit Corporation that we chose to become in 2021. Moreover, we will acquire new technological solutions and useful competencies for our growth path that we started last year”.
With the acquisition of Metadonors, Eudata becomes a group that has more than 120 specialists, with more than 110 customers, 5 offices (Milan, Rome, Prato, Gallarate and Mantua) and a partner network located in Europe, South America, Middle East, India and Australia. The new industrial plan approved by the Board of Directors in 2021 expects to reach 10mln annual revenue by 2023.
Fabio Papa, I-AER scientific director and professor at 24ORE Business School, coordinated the operations and underlined that ‘‘from the synergy of two realities such as Eudata and Metadonors new high-level solutions could be developed. As I-AER not only we are proud of having contributed to this operation but also we believe that the market will positively recognize this important integration”.
