Replacement of existing REM solution; full Integration with Eurobank’s Contact Center; Video support for the management of the different requests from customers.

The co-browsing helped this process by making easier the possibility of e.g. sharing the documents.

The results

Based on their needs and comfort, customers can choose between a digital and a physical experience. The services exploit the existing Cisco platform integrated with Eudata Video Advisor.
