Webrtc Centralized Solution
WCS 4.6 is characterized by the centrality of the Webrtc solution and it include switching from Flash technology to a WebRTC; this technology is also supported on App Mobile and Screen Sharing is now fully transparent for users leveraging WebRTC capabilities.
Internet Explorer and Safari browsers are both supported on Webrtc technology.
With the functionality introduction “WebRTC to Sip” the user can generate calls from the web and turn them on physical devices and use VoIP platform to manage Audio Video web calls.
Flash is still supported as an optional alternative to WebRTC technology.
Convy Admin
About Convy innovations is now available the TeacherBOT: A tutorial BOT wizard tool; the master BOT “Teacher BOT” instructs the user to create other BOT.
The advanced configuration regards BOT configurations technically more complex than those achievable with Teacher BOT.
Using high availability is now possible to install Convy multiple instances at the same time and manage fault tolerance giving continuity to the service in case of problems.
The Provisioning API allows reading, insertion, modification and deletion of all the configurations and the bots
Asynchronous Channels
4.6 versione provides a consistent improvement of User Experience through the introduction of new features in asynchronous channels such as Checkmarks for reading messages and Receving of notifications – Agent side
Reporting sections are also now available for monitoring data and statistical analysis
WCS Core
In 4.6 version has been made a WCS core review to optimize its internal structure, in order to improve its application scalability: Clusterization logic review and interaction server improvement.
Enhancement
4.6 WCS Enhancement includes generic improvements of agent functionalities: in particular during the transfer is now also available the status of services (how many agent are logged on, how many sessions are active, etc) and through API agent desktop it’s now possible extend the capabiliteies of the agent panel.
