New features



The new Convy periodical Release

Convy Release is a periodical update of the AI Artificial Intelligence Platform focus on the implementation and enrichment of Eudata ChatBOT with new features that improve performance and usability.
Follow the new release improves solution stability enabling at the same time new features and integrations
Eudata recommends partners and customers to schedule a migration of the infrastructure in 6 months after new released is released, in order to be updated and to reduce the cost of each migration project

New features

AWS Marketplace:

  • managed subscription with specified number of license and number of connector available in the bundle
  • saved as company property all the information about the purchase
  • realized integration with AWS Metering service, to send invoices to customersrealized integration with AWS Metering service, to send invoices to customers
  • a new dashboard with info about the profile and the subscription, graph with the statistic of bundle’s usage

Semantic Engine:

  • a new type of semantic engine CogitoML. For this engine, you can configure your workspace, with intents and entities on Cogito environment directly from the Convy.AI Admin Panel
  • CogitoML semantic engines type there is the possibility to do massive import/export of intents and entities


  • added the ability to export and import semantic engines of the new type CogitoML
  • Security: enhanced security for Conversation API and Monitoring API
  • Reporting: now the filters on the reporting pages allow to set also the hours, not only the day for the extraction
  • Rainbow Integration: added support for “official” environment
  • AddNewFlow: added sorting for the select boxes of Hook Jumps and Flow Jumps
  • Reporting: improved dialog details query performance
  • Google Home and Alexa timing of responses and silence between messages
  • Integrations: for Rainbow integrations has been added a button to test the parameters inserted for the integration
  • Export/Import: added the ability to export and import Scheduled Report and Email Boxes
  • FlowEditor: for Hook node and Jump node, the selection box that allows you to choose the parameters for the node, shows the elements sorted alphabetically and you can search for them using the appropriate search box
  • GetHistory: added new parameter that allow to retrieve the chat history with the send_event included
  • First Access: added check that the new password entered at the password change of the first access must be different from the old one
  • First Access: managed the first access guide on the dashboard for the companies that were created by the MarketPlace
  • Flow Editor: for companies with a basic profile it was not possible to view the hang conversation node.
  • Report: increased graininess of the time frame. Now you can configure a minimum time interval of one hour
  • Flow Configuration: optimized flow configuration page to speed up loading for a large number of intents
  • Web Connector: now if you try to get the script code for a web connector created if you change parameters (flow and version, interface language or UI edition) the script will be updated immediately
  • EUBridgeSDK: fixed some wrong behaviour of the getUpdates command
  • Propagate Configuration: fixed the propagation of semantic hooks
  • SOAP Node: fixed soap node behaviour
  • Eudata Engine Menu: fixes the behaviour in case of multiple * used in the branch names
  • Eudata Engine Menu: fixes the behaviour in case of multiple ‘ used in the branch names
  • Watchbot: fixed behaviour when a node doesn’t contain any text
  • Dashboard: fixed timeout extraction query

  • Email Account: while using emails (for scheduled reports, email nodes and licence monitoring) it is possible to use a different username from the email used to send it
