The new Convy periodical Release

Convy Release is a periodical update of the AI Artificial Intelligence Platform focus on the implementation and enrichment of Eudata ChatBOT with new features that improve performance and usability.
Follow the new release improves solution stability enabling at the same time new features and integrations
Eudata recommends partners and customers to schedule a migration of the infrastructure in 6 months after new released is released, in order to be updated and to reduce the cost of each migration project

New features
Convy Release – ALE Rainbow Integration:
Convy is now fully integrated with ALE Rainbow collaboration platform. Users interacting with Convy.AI chatbot have now the possibility to request the support and assistance of a group of experts working on the conversational platform ALE Rainbow and able to satisfy their needs in real time.Experts operating on ALE Rainbow will be able to see the history and all the relevant information of the previous interaction between the user and Convy.AI. In this way, Convy.AI can enhance the Rainbow collaboration platform making it a proper contact center solution, applying the same routing logic used in CC services.
First access guide
An interactive guide has been created to support a new user in the initial phases of using Convy.AI

  • AddNewFlow: added the variable %previous_flow% in every flow, containing the parent flow name

  • Conversation Engine: fixed the variables reset after a jump from a node with the same ID of the landing node
  • AddNewFlow: fixed the behavior of the “Discard Changes” after a user got the lock on a flow
  • AddNewFlow: added the “description” field to the add new branch popover for not eudata engine that was missing
  • SoapNode: fixed some issue to the response json parsing
